Shipping and Order Tracking

- How long will my order take to arrive?

All good things take time and we believe in shipping only the best. It will take 7-15 days for delivery depending on the nature of your purchase, personalized items taking up to 15 days.

- Are there any delivery charges?

We charge a standard delivery charge of Rs. 75 for orders below Rs. 300.

- How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email and/or SMS communication with the tracking details from our courier partner.

- Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within India at the moment. But never say never, right?

- How do I place bulk orders?

Like us so much? We like you more! Please drop us an email at carousel.india@gmail.com with your requirements and we would love to take it further. 

Returns and Exchanges 

 - I have received a damaged product, what do I do?

For starters, we want to apologize and urge you not to worry.  Please drop us an email at carousel.india@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the product and will replace it at the earliest.

- Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Sorry, we do not allow returns. In case you received a damaged product, we are more than happy to replace or exchange it. Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged and will only be replaced in case of damage.

- How do I cancel an order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled but if you change you mind we'd be the happiest to give you store credits in return. Please drop an email at carousel.india@gmail.com and we’ll fill you in on the status.

 

Payments

- Which payment modes do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Net Banking and PayTm.

- Is there Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

Sorry, we don’t have that option at the moment.
