Shipping and Order Tracking
- How long will my order take to arrive?
All good things take time and we believe in shipping only the best. It will take 7-15 days for delivery depending on the nature of your purchase, personalized items taking up to 15 days.
- Are there any delivery charges?
We charge a standard delivery charge of Rs. 70 for orders below Rs. 300.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email and/or SMS communication with the tracking details from our courier partner.
- Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within India at the moment. But never say never, right?
- How do I place bulk orders?
Like us so much? We like you more! Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements and we would love to take it further.
Returns and Exchanges
- I have received a damaged product, what do I do?
For starters, we want to apologize and urge you not to worry. Please drop us an email at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the product and will replace it at the earliest.
- Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Sorry, we do not allow returns. In case you received a damaged product, we are more than happy to replace or exchange it. Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged and will only be replaced in case of damage.
- How do I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled only if we haven’t started processing it. Please drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll fill you in on the status.Payments
- Which payment modes do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Net Banking and PayTm.
- Is there Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
Sorry, we don’t have that option at the moment.
