Ā -Ā I have received a damaged product, what do I do?
For starters, we want to apologize and urge you not to worry.Ā Please drop us an email atĀ carousel.india@gmail.comĀ with pictures of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the product and will replace it at the earliest.
- Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Sorry, we do not allow returns. In case you received a damaged product, we are more than happy to replace or exchange it. Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged and will only be replaced in case of damage.
- How do I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled only if we havenāt started processing it. Please drop an email atĀ carousel.india@gmail.comĀ and weāll fill you in on the status.
